Chillin' in the Sky

This one is from January, I believe.
So at least we're now in 2012.
Excuse the lame title, at least I didn't make it one of the other cornier ideas floating through my head like, "Head in the Sky," or "Hanging with the Stars."

Anyways, this was made for a challenge partaken by me and ~reicchan, which was, in essence, to see how many drawings one could draw in an allotted amount of time. She won, but this was my first drawing out of the three I actually did.
I enjoyed doing it, though it was very time consuming.

By the way, pardon the actual scan of it, it's somewhat crinkled and that's very apparent in the scan. I splattered paint and used chalk pastel for the background, so the paper is crunchy, and that's why it as a whole looks odd. In any case, I hope you enjoy it anyway! (:
